Join Project49 for a two-part group workshop on Wednesday March 26 & Thursday March 27, from 5:30-7:30pm, where we will learn to build simple table lamps.
We will make a lantern-style shade using a glued-paper technique. We will also use this project to cover the basics of how standard domestic lamps are wired.
All materials will be provided, no experience or materials are needed. If you happen to have some interesting patterned/colored/translucent paper or fabric that you’d like to collage onto your lamp shade, you can bring it with you – but that is optional.
Please make sure that you can attend both evenings of the workshop to complete your lamp!
(Please only check out once for both parts of the workshop)
