Our Mission
Project49 is a local nonprofit focused on building community resilience, creativity, and opportunity by activating spaces in Park County.
The current projects we have are Studio49, our community art studio, makers space, education zone, and events space in downtown Livingston, primarily focused on youth. This space offers a variety of free weekly programming and resources accessible to all.
Our other long-term project is the historic Teslow Grain Elevator on Park Street in Livingston, which is currently undergoing a massive restoration. We are in the process of getting it safe and secure to get our community inside and begin building this space into something great.

What we stand for
We support hands-on learning, intergenerational collaboration, and new pathways for people to explore skills, make things, and belong.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of our neighbors, particularly youth, by providing unique opportunities for self-expression, creation, and learning.
In the spaces we activate, we provide an open environment where anyone can drop in and freely engage with numerous resources for creating art, learning new skills, developing a trade, connecting with mentors, and becoming active within our community.
